Operated an Unusual case of 9years old girl child with GB Calculli With CBD Calculli (Gall Bladder & Common Bile Duct Stone). Young child was admitted as a case of acute Abdominal pain, we had planned medical treatment Ultrasonography was advised which was suggestive of GB + CBD Calculli Hence after group discussion with Paediatric surgeon, pediatrician, Medical Gastroenterologist & Anaesthetist decision was taken to operate on her. ERCP was done by Gastroenterologist & In same sitting we did SILS Cholecystectomy on her.
