Remembering our 1st SILS Appendectomy with Cholecystectomy in same sitting Operated 6years back. Patient had Acute Appendicitis & also had incidental Gallbladder calculli. Patient was informed that if Appendicitis is not Gangrenous or ruptured then we can plan Sils Cholecystectomy also at the same time. And we were able to do for the 1st time Sils Appendectomy along with Sils Cholecystectomy at the same time.
